This recently fully renovated house has a large lounge / dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the other, bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate toilet and also a laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer. A large split system and ceiling fans provide heating and cooling for guests. Undercover parking within the carport is provided at the front and also ample parking in a fully fenced rear yard is beneficial for trailers, caravans or other vehicles.
